Georgia releases injury report for Auburn, key defender out
Georgia will be without a key member of its defense when it takes on Auburn on Saturday. Senior linebacker Smael Mondon is listed as out on the Bulldogs Wednesday injury report. Mondon is a key member of Georgia’s three to four-man rotation at inside linebacker and is essentially a starter when it comes to snap counts.
He has 17 tackles on the season and a half tackle for loss in four games. Mondon is joined in the “out” portion of the list by sophomore running back Roderick Robinson (toe), senior right guard Tate Ratledge (knee and ankle), and sophomore wideout London Humphreys (illness). Each of those three players missed Georgia’s game against Alabama last week. Robinson will miss his fifth straight game to start the season after surgery in August.
Georgia also lists four players as questionable. That list includes junior EDGE Mykel Williams, freshman wideout Sacovie White, sophomore defensive tackle Jordan Hall, and junior center Jared Wilson, who is a new addition to this list.
Wilson suffered a lower-body injury in Georgia’s loss to Alabama and left the game. It was for just one play, however, as Georgia scored a touchdown from three yards out with Drew Bobo at center. Wilson was back on the field for the next drive and the rest of the game.

Williams played in just his second game of the season last time out. He was listed as questionable all week and then a game-time decision on Saturday before going out and giving Georgia 25 snaps at defensive end and outside linebacker.
Hall was questionable at this point last week, too, but he was downgraded to out on Friday night. He has been out since the start of preseason camp with stress fractures in both shins. Georgia also listed White as questionable list time last week and he was slowly downgraded to out as well.
