It’s home, sweet home for Georgia for a fourth straight time to begin the 2023 season. The Bulldogs are inside Sanford Stadium on Saturday (7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2) to host UAB. The Bulldogs are six touchdown favorites but they’re also dealing with a very, very long injury list. We provide that list for you below, as we know it.

Georgia players OUT for UAB

RB Branson Robinson (knee): The bruising sophomore is done for the season with a torn patella tendon. He’s expected to make a full recovery but won’t be back until 2024.

TE Lawson Luckie (ankle): The first preseason scrimmage was unkind to Luckie, who suffered a high-ankle sprain. He had tight-rope surgery to correct it and is quickly on the mend. Still, he’s probably out for at one or two more games.

WR De’Nylon Morrissette (groin): After not joining the team until classes started a couple weeks ago, Morrissette has been dealing with the soft-tissue ailment. He will be out for his second straight game.

OL Amarius Mims (ankle): The massive right tackle suffered a high-ankle sprain against South Carolina. He will miss several weeks after having tight-rope surgery.

UGA players DOUBTFUL for UAB

WR Ladd McConkey (back): Georgia shut McConkey down this week as he continues to deal with back tightness and soreness. It is highly unlikely that he plays this week against the Blazers.

OL Joshua Miller (undisclosed): The freshman offensive lineman has been dinged up since he got to Georgia. He’s currently sporting a big brace on his leg.

ILB E.J. Lightsey (shoulder): Lightsey has yet to suit up this season due to a shoulder injury that he has been dealing with for a bit. The Georgia native has been unable to capitalize on a strong offseason thus far.

CB Chris Peal (turf toe): The North Carolina native arrived on campus in the summer and impressed right away. Camp, however, was largely a wash due to a turf toe injury that has lingered a bit.

Javon Bullard (ankle): Bullard appeared as if he might give it a go against South Carolina but he did not. He sat the game out after going through pre-game warmup and we don’t see him playing in this one either. A return for the Auburn game, however, seems likely.

DL Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins (foot): The redshirt sophomore won’t get a chance to play again this week. He is dealing with a foot injury that has lingered since preseason camp. He’s likely out for this one and at least one more.

TE Pearce Spurlin (shoulder): Smart says the freshman tight end has an AC sprain and a few other issues. He’s unlikely to suit up for this one.

Georgia players QUESTIONABLE for UAB

OL Austin Blaske (lower body): Blaske has been dealing with a sprained MCL of late but did return to practice this week. We aren’t sure how much we’ll see of him, if he plays at all.

RB Kendall Milton (hamstring): Milton has battled through a hamstring injury already this season and now he’s daling with a sprained MCL. Questionable is the best case scenario right now.

RB Roderick Robinson (ankle): The California native got just one carry last week and gained a couple of yards. But he also sustained a mild high-ankle sprain that could keep him out this week.

UGA players PROBABLE for UAB

OLB Marvin Jones Jr. (illness): The sophomore from South Florida didn’t suit up last week against South Carolina and Smart says it was due to an illness. He’s expected back for week four.
