Game time, television announced for Georgia at Kentucky
Georgia will travel to Kentucky on November 19 for its last SEC game of the 2022 season. We now know what time that game will kickoff and how it can be watched.
The game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET. CBS will televise it as the SEC Game of the week.
Kentucky started the season 4-0 but then lost three of its next four games before taking down Missouri this past Saturday. The Wildcats have lost to the likes of Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Tennessee. UK is 6-3 overall and the SEC record stands at 3-3.
Georgia is 9-0 in 2022 and it is trying to finish the regular season without a loss for the second time in as many seasons. Georgia has won 24 regular season games in a row heading into its contest at Mississippi State this Saturday. The Bulldogs are the 17-point favorite as of right now after bullying No. 1 Tennessee 27-13 this past weekend.
The all-time series between these two teams has been absolutely dominated by Georgia. The Bulldogs have a 61-12-2 record against the Wildcats. The domination has been even more pronounced of late. Georgia has won 12 straight against Kentucky. It hasn’t lost in Lexington since 2006 and it last lost a game in this series in 2009.
The last five Georgia wins in this series have been by double digits. The last time this game was really even close was in 2016, Kirby Smart’s first season. That game was played in Lexington and Georgia racked up over 450 yards while turning it over three times. That’s why it needed a field goal from Rodrigo Blankenship to win in the final seconds.
