ATHENS, Ga. — We’re just a couple hours away from kickoff in the Classic City as Georgia takes on Tennessee between the hedges. Palmer Thombs and Jake Rowe of DawgsHQ are on hand at Sanford Stadium and will have live updates for you every step of the way. Here is Georgia’s listed depth chart on the flip cards provided to media members in the press box with a couple of notes included as well.

Quarterback

  1. Stetson Bennett
  2. Carson Beck
  3. Brock Vandagriff

Running Back

  1. Kenny McIntosh OR Kendall Milton
  2. Daijun Edwards
  3. Branson Robinson

Wide Receiver (X)

  1. Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint or Adonai Mitchell
  2. Dillon Bell

Wide Receiver (Slot)

  1. Kearis Jackson OR Dominick Blaylock

*** Mekhi Mews was included last week as a third slot receiver. He is not listed this week.

Wide Receiver (Z)

  1. Ladd McConkey OR Arian Smith
  2. Jackson Meeks

*** Smith was not listed as a starter last week, and this week an “OR” separates him and McConkey.

Tight End

  1. Brock Bowers OR Darnell Washington
  2. Arik Gilbert
  3. Oscar Delp

Left Tackle

  1. Broderick Jones OR Amarius Mims

Left Guard

  1. Xavier Truss OR Devin Willock

*** Willock was announced as the starter during the pregame videoboard run through of starting lineups which is something to monitor with Truss suffering from turf toe.

Center

  1. Sedrick Van Pran
  2. Warren Ericson

Right Guard

  1. Tate Ratledge OR Jared Wilson

Right Tackle

  1. Warren McClendon OR Amarius Mims

Defensive End

  1. Tramel Walthour OR Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins OR Mykel Williams

Defensive Tackle

  1. Jalen Carter
  2. Warren Brinson
  3. Bill Norton

Nose Guard

  1. Zion Logue
  2. Nazir Stackhouse
  3. Bear Alexander

*** Georgia’s flip card lat week against Florida only went two-deep at this spot. Add Alexander into the mix.

SAM Linebacker

  1. Nolan Smith
  2. MJ Sherman
  3. Marvin Jones Jr. OR Darris Smith

*** No change here but we aren’t going to see Nolan Smith, and may not see Darris Smith either. Nolan suffered a season-ending pec injury last week against Florida while Darris left the game with what Kirby Smart described as a head injury.

JACK Linebacker

  1. Robert Beal Jr.
  2. Chaz Chambliss

*** Don’t be surprised to see one of these guys getting more snaps in the SAM Linebacker spot with the absence of Smith. Kirby Smart said that the two positions in theory aren’t all too different, and that because the players are in the same position group, should be able to play both.

MONEY Linebacker

  1. Jamon Dumas-Johnson
  2. Rian Davis
  3. Jalon Walker

MAC Linebacker

  1. Smael Mondon
  2. Trezmen Marshall
  3. Xavian Sorey

Left Cornerback

  1. Kelee Ringo
  2. Nyland Green

Strong Safety

  1. Christopher Smith
  2. David Daniel-Sisavanh

Free Safety

  1. Malaki Starks
  2. JaCorey Thomas

*** Dan Jackson was listed last week in this spot instead of Thomas. Now it’s a pair of true freshman manning that free safety spot on the depth chart.

Right Cornerback

  1. Kamari Lassiter
  2. Daylen Everette

STAR

  1. Javon Bullard OR Tykee Smith

Punt/Kickoff

  1. Brett Thorson
  2. Noah Jones

Placekicker/Kickoff

  1. Jack Podlesny
  2. Jared Zirkel

Snapper

  1. Payne Walker (PK) / William Mote (Punt)

Holder

  1. Stetson Bennett
  2. Brett Thorson

Kickoff Return

  1. Kearis Jackson OR Kenny McIntosh OR Daijun Edwards

Punt Return

  1. Ladd McConkey OR Kearis Jackson

*** Last week Dominick Blaylock was listed as a co-starter alongside Jackson. McConkey makes his return, and in reality, it’s not much of one. He was the punt returner on the field last week for Georgia.
