WATCH: Georgia releases 'We're Back' game trailer for Tennessee Tech
Georgia got its season off to a 1-0 start last Saturday with a 34-3 whipping of Clemson. The Bulldogs remain the No. 1 team in the land and they are back inside Sanford Stadium for their week-two matchup with Tennessee Tech.
It’s the first game back in Athens since Georgia had their SEC record-setting 29-game win streak snapped in the 2023 SEC Championship game vs. Alabama and it kicks off what will be a short and rather uninspiring home slate.
Still, the Bulldogs are back in the Classic City and that’s the focus of the week-two game trailer. The one-minute 48-second feature is narrated by David Pollack and digs into common memories for Georgia fans like tailgating and touching the hedges for the first time.

Georgia is favored by as many as 54.5 points over Tennessee Tech. It’s one of those games where the Bulldogs should have a chance to empty their bench and get some reserve players into the game for extended amounts of time.

It could also be the Georgia debut of transfer running back Trevor Etienne, who spent the past two seasons at Florida. Etienne was suspended for the season opener against Clemson but he could be available in week two.
The main objective for Kirby Smart and company for this second week of the season is the same as it is in other weeks. The Georgia head coach just wants his team to improve and eliminate mistakes along the way. The Bulldogs had plenty in week one.
“I can’t pick one thing on improvement. There was so many things that we’ve got to do better. All of it. There’s just a lot there that we want to improve on. Some of what you’re doing is dictated by who you play. People just think it’s a stat game. It’s not a stat game. It’s who you’re lined up across from and how good is that football player because that does dictate things, the matchups.
