Georgia guard De'shayne Montgomery entering transfer portal

Georgia is losing another piece of its first NCAA Tournament team since 2015. De’Shayne Montgomery is entering the transfer portal according to On3’s Joe Tipton.
Montgomery averaged 6.5 points per game in his sophomore season at Georgia. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound guard transferred to Georgia last year from Mount St. Mary’s, where he averaged 13.2 points per game.
Montgomery played in 17 games for Georgia this season. The Bulldogs have already lost point guard Silas Demary to the transfer portal this offseason.
Georgia was bested by Gonzaga 89-68 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament back on April 20.
