Georgia injury report: No changes in third update ahead of Tennessee
Georgia’s Friday night availability report for Tennessee looks exactly like the one on Thursday. The Bulldogs have three players questionable and four more out for Saturday’s game, including junior tailback and leading rusher Trevor Etienne.
The Louisiana native was ruled out on Thursday after being limited the past six quarters with a rib injury. DawgsHQ has not yet been able to confirm whether it’s the rib injury or something additional keeping him off the field. Two other tailbacks, Branson Robinson (knee) and Roderick Robinson (toe), are also out. The Bulldogs are also without freshman defensive end Joseph Jonah-Ajonye, who had surgery approximately three weeks ago to deal with a lower-body injury.
Walk-on tailback Cash Jones (lower body) is still questionable but practiced on Thursday. He has played a much bigger role the past few weeks and caught a 22-yard touchdown against Florida. Jones also had UGA’s longest catch against Ole Miss, a 29-yard pickup in the third quarter.
Junior guard Micah Morris (lower body) and sophomore wideout Anthony Evans are also questionable. Morris missed the Ole Miss game after going down in Georgia’s win over Florida. He started the five previous games while Tate Ratledge, who is now back but short of 100 percent, recovered from knee and ankle sprains. Georgia was down to its third and fourth options at right guard against the Rebels as Ratledge had to come out of the game for stretches.

Evans, who serves as Georgia’s kickoff and punt return man, has missed the past two games with a hamstring injury. He had over 80 yards from scrimmage against Mississippi State but didn’t see much action out side of special teams against Texas. He hasn’t played since that game.
Georgia and Tennessee will play on November 16. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC. The Bulldogs are currently favored by 9.5 points according to the Vegas Insider consensus.
