Georgia injury report: Smael Mondon, Micah Morris game-time decisions for Ole Miss
OXFORD, Miss. — The SEC has released final availability reports for No. 3 Georgia at No. 16 Ole Miss on Saturday and the Bulldogs have two game-time decisions and four players who’ll miss the game. Senior linebacker Smael Mondon and junior offensive lineman Micah Morris still have a chance to play against the Rebels.
Running backs Roderick Robinson and Branson Robinson, sophomore wideout Anthony Evans, and freshman defensive end Joseph Jonah-Ajonye are all out for the Bulldogs. None of those four players were available for Georgia last week. Sophomore defensive lineman Jordan Hall, for the third straight game, has been dropped from the injury report after being probable all week.
On the Ole Miss side, star wideout Tre Harris is a game-time decision as well. The Rebels list running back Matt Jones and offensive lineman Jayden Williams as game-time decisions as well. They have three players who’ll miss the game.
Mondon is dealing with a foot injury that had him in a walking boot and using crutches for at least a couple of weeks. Mondon was limited most of last season with a foot injury and missed Georgia’s Orange Bowl beat down of Florida State. He also missed spring drills and the start of preseason camp but appeared in the first four games with 17 tackles, a half tackle for loss, and two pass breakups.

With Mondon out, Georgia has leaned heavily on CJ Allen, Jalon Walker, and Raylen Wilson at inside linebacker. Chris Cole, a true freshman from Virginia, has also seen an uptick in snaps of late, playing more than 20 in each of the past two contests.
Morris has started the past five games at right guard while Tate Ratledge has worked his way back from a high-ankle sprain suffered in Georgia’s win over Kentucky. If Morris is unable to play against the Rebels, Ratledge would likely go the entire game at right guard.
