Georgia Recruiting: Several new offers out this weekend
It was a busy weekend for Georgia recruiting.
Let’s take a look at the newest offers out for the Dawgs.
New offers out for Georgia recruiting
Elijah Rushing
Out of Tucson, Arizona’s Salpointe Catholic, the 6-foot-6, 226-pounds pass rusher ranks as a Consensus four-star prospect for the 2024 class and the nation’s No. 55 overall player and No. 4 EDGE prospect for the rising junior class. In the 2024 On300, Rushing ranks as the No. 8 player in the class. Currently, Notre Dame and Oregon are tied for the lead in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with both programs having a 35.8-percent chance of landing his services. He spent the weekend seeing the Ducks.
Anthony Evans
A 2023 wideout and Arkansas Razorbacks commit since November, Evans, who ticks the tape at 6-foot, 172-pound, hails from Converse, Texas, a suburb of San Antonio. Currently, he ranks at the nation’s No. 644 overall prospect in the Class of 2023 and the No. 101 wideout in the cycle per the Consensus. However, according to On3, he ranks a bit higher coming in as a four-star prospect and the nation’s No. 91 overall wideout. He spent the weekend visiting the Bulldogs.
Fletcher Westphal
Maryland leads in Westphal’s RPM projection at 29.9-percent, and the Leesburg, Virginia rising junior looks like he’ll see his recruitment explode moving forward. At 6-foot-8, 315-pounds, he currently ranks as the nation’s No. 9 overall offensive tackle prospect in the On3 Consensus for 2024 and the nation’s No. 174 player overall. He spent the weekend visiting Athens.

Mazeo Bennett
Bennett hails from Greenville, South Carolina and the in-state Gamecocks and Clemson Tigers sit No. 1 and No. 2 in his current RPM projection. A 6-foot, 170-pound rising junior, Bennett is currently ranked as the No. 14 athlete in the Class of 2024, as well as being the No. 222 overall player in the class. He’s visited Athens with some frequency of late, including this past weekend.
