ATHENS, Ga. — It’s Friday in the Classic City and No. 7 Georgia is hosting it’s in-state rival, Georgia Tech. It’s the 118th edition of Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate and the Bulldogs have a chance to essentially clinch a College Football Playoff spot with a win. The Yellow Jackets have a chance to do something almost as big, provide proof of concept under Brent Key and build for the future. DawgsHQ is in the press box and we’ve gotten a look at the depth chart. Let’s take a look at it below.

Quarterback

  1. Carson Beck
  2. Gunner Stockton
  3. Ryan Puglisi OR Jaden Rashada

Running Back

  1. Trevor Etienne
  2. Branson Robinson
  3. Roderick Robinson
  4. Nate Frazier
  5. Cash Jones
  6. Chauncey Bowens
  7. Dwight Phillips Jr.

*** Etienne will not play in this game but it’s possible that both of the Robinsons could go. Georgia has been without both of them for at least the past four weeks and they’ve both gotten some live reps this week.

Wide Receiver (X)

  1. Dillon Bell OR Colbie Young
  2. Cole Speer
  3. Jeremy Bell

*** It seems like Bell will be a game-time decision for this one although we wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t dress at all. He’s trying to come back from an ankle injury suffered in Georgia’s win over Tennessee.

Wide Receiver (Slot)

  1. Dominic Lovett
  2. Anthony Evans
  3. Sacovie White
  4. Walter Blanchard

Wide Receiver (Z)

  1. Arian Smith
  2. London Humphreys
  3. Michael Jackson III
  4. Nitro Tuggle

Tight End

  1. Oscar Delp OR Ben Yurosek OR Lawson Luckie
  2. Jaden Reddell
  3. Colton Heinrich

Left Tackle

  1. Earnest Greene
  2. Bo Hughley
  3. Jahzare Jackson

*** Greene hasn’t played in either of the past two games due to a nerve injury in his left shoulder. Kirby Smart said that Greene has ramped things up a little this week but Georgia is likely to roll with Freeling at left tackle.

Left Guard

  1. Dylan Fairchild
  2. Micah Morris
  3. Jamal Meriweather
  4. Marques Easley

Center

  1. Jared Wilson
  2. Drew Bobo
  3. Malachi Toliver

Right Guard

  1. Tate Ratledge
  2. Daniel Calhoun
  3. Michael Uini

Right Tackle

  1. Xavier Truss
  2. Monroe Freeling
  3. Nyier Daniels

Defensive End

  1. Mykel Williams OR Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins
  2. Joseph Jonah-Ajonye
  3. Justin Greene

*** Jonah-Ajonye will not be available for this game but Georgia is at full strength otherwise. The freshman defensive end is still using a scooter to get around and will miss the rest of the season.
