The University of Georgia celebrates graduation ceremonies on Friday and a total of 25 student athletes are participating. Among those are 12 members of the football program including six scholarship players on the 2023 team (Austin Blaske, Warren Brinson, Zion Logue, Kendall Milton, Micah Morris and Brock Vandagriff).

Graduation is particularly important for Blaske and Vandagriff, both of whom entered the transfer portal and have chosen their respective next stops at North Carolina and Kentucky. While neither needed the degree for immediate eligibility, both wanted to leave Athens as graduates of Georgia.

As for the likes of Brinson, Logue, Milton and Morris, the graduation comes as a sign of their hard work. Like Vandagriff, Morris received his degree in just three years while Brinson and Milton were both on the four-year track. Milton is expected to enter the NFL Draft after this season, as is Logue, who accepted an invite to the Shrine Bowl. Reports indicate that Brinson is looking likely to return for another season in Athens. None of the six are out of eligibility at the end of this season despite the indications of their future plans in football.

Those six weren’t the only graduates from the football program. Others including former player David Marshall (2016-19) as well as walk-ons Sevaughn Clark, Graham Collins, Dan Jackson, Collin Lark and Drew Sheehan.

A complete list of Georgia student-athlete graduates by sport can be found below. The Bulldogs are in the midst of bowl preparations, taking on No. 5 Florida State later this month in the Capital One Orange Bowl.
