Quarterback target Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele moves UGA official again
The quarterback wheels continue to turn in the Class of 2025 for the Georgia Bulldogs, and the latest twist is that of Hawaii-based signal caller Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele, as the newly-minted On300 five-star will be once again changing his official visit.
Sources confirmed to DawgsHQ that Sagapolutele, who was originally slated to see Athens officially this past weekend against the Tennessee Volunteers and moved that trip to this weekend against UMass, has now pushed the trip forward yet another week. Sagapolutele, a Cal commit, now plans to see Georgia when the Dawgs host Georgia Tech on November 29. He will return to Berkley this weekend per On3’s Chad Simmons.
Sagapolutele, a Cal commit since the summer, added an offer from the Bulldogs in late October, and it’s one he told DawgsHQ he was ‘heavily considering’ at that time.
“I just think of a powerhouse. I just think of a great school that continually produces great talent, and I just think of a place. I know that they really groom guys and get them ready for the NFL. So that’s what really comes to mind,” Sagapolutele said. “You know, SEC ball is second to none. It’s the best ball. That’s just what comes to mind when I think of Georgia football.”

Oregon is also considered a major threat of his services, and Sagapolutele officially visited the Ducks in late October.
On3 Scouting Report on Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele
“Has one of the strongest arms that we’ve seen and has the ability to touch all areas of the field with his arm strength, but also can make a wide array of difficult throws. He can throw with touch, accuracy, outstanding timing, he leads his receivers, throws into tight windows and is just a top arm talent. A guy who is able to play with a level of nuance and skill as a passer — which is advanced and stands out. His mobility, while not a strength of his game, is functional and he’s shown very good pocket awareness. He’s good against pressure, is able to step up and create when needed. If you were to just look at his film over the course of the season, it’s undeniable at this point and it’s really not surprising that top programs like Oregon and Georgia have offered him as a senior to add a second QB to their class. His level of play and the film he’s put together as a senior is hard to deny.” — On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power
