Georgia DL Jordan Hall among On3's instant-impact candidates in SEC
Georgia worked quite hard to get Jordan Hall into its 2023 recruiting class. A five-star prospect at the time, Hall took his recruitment the distance as it related to the early signing period. He committed to and signed with the Bulldogs on December 22 the second day of the of the NCAA’s Early Signing period for the cycle.
There’s a reason that the Bulldogs held out to the end. Hall has elite potential and that’s why On3’s Matt Zenitz recently included the Jacksonville native on his list of SEC players who have a chance to be a factor in year one.

“Hall will end up garnering attention for far more than just his thoughts on Florida, likely starting in the next few months.
“Hall is expected to see playing time along Georgia’s defensive line. Bear Alexander leaving the Bulldogs for USC created even more of an opportunity for Hall.
“Hall posted a tackle and two pass breakups in Georgia’s spring game.
“‘He can do a lot because he’s athletic and big,” a source said. “Also has some pass rush ability, so he’s a three-down d-lineman.'”
Hall has been on Georgia’s campus since January after enrolling early. He went through spring with the team and had two batted passes at the line of scrimmage in the G-Day game.
On3 Scouting on Jordan Hall…

Shows outstanding short area burst, closing on quarterbacks and running backs. Uses active hands at the line of scrimmage and employs an effective swim move. Hall looks to have long arms, which aid in his ability as a violent finisher behind the line. Has the play speed to track down plays from the backside. Put together some of the best junior season video among defensive tackles in the 2023 cycle. Played well when facing top competition. Will benefit from time in a college strength program. Turned in a very strong showing at the All-American Bowl, looking like the top defensive lineman in attendance.
