Georgia DL Jordan Hall to miss start of camp with leg injury
Georgia will begin preseason camp in the next week and it will do so with sophomore defensive lineman Jordan Hall on the shelf with an injury. DawgsHQ has learned that Hall has suffered a fracture of some sort in his lower leg that will cause him to miss the next few weeks. Persons with knowledge of the situation say that Hall is aiming to be healthy by the start of the 2024 football season.
The Bulldogs begin the season with an AFLAC Kickoff game matchup with Clemson on August 31 (12 p.m. ET on ABC). Hall is a former five-star prospect who signed with the Bulldogs as their secon highest-ranked prospect.

According to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average of the four websites that published recruiting rankings, he was the nation’s No. 25 overall prospect and the No. 4 defensive tackle. He was the No. 4 player in Florida.
Hall was expected to be a key cog for Georgia in 2024. He got significant experience as a freshman last season, appearing in 10 games total and playing well over 100 snaps. The Bulldogs have a veteran group of defensive linemen led by super seniors Nazir Stackhouse and Warren Brinson. Christen Miller is entering his third season with the program and those three were projected to join forces with Hall to form the core rotation.
