Young QB phenom Julian Lewis has Georgia in top group
Carrollton quarterback Julian “Juju” Lewis is just a 2026 prospect but his recruitment is as active as it could possibly be. Lewis is in no hurry to make a decision but he did put out a top group on Wednesday. That group included the home-state Georgia Bulldogs.
Lewis used Twitter to announce that Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Oregon, Texas A&M and USC stand out for him at this time.
The 6-foot-1 185-pound signal caller was on Georgia’s campus early last month for an unofficial visit. According to his twitter account, he had a really good time. He took a minute to shout out Kirby Smart, Mike Bobo, and Dell McGee for a “great” visit.
Lewis has a very real shot at being the No. 1 player in the 2026 class. In fact, he’s probably favored to hold that spot and, should he start there, he might go wire-to-wire.

Georgia Tech, Penn State, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Auburn, Tennessee, South Carolina, Ohio State and Arizona State have all gotten the chance to host him as well. He currently has an NIL valuation of $180,000 per On3Sports and that is bound to increase as his recruitment carries on.
On3 scouting journal on Lewis…
“Julian Lewis has been a well-known name in recruiting circles since he was in middle school. The 6-foot-0.5, 180-pounder stood out in a relatively deep quarterback group on Sunday. Lewis looked extremely comfortable while throwing in his high school program’s indoor facility. He was among the more accurate quarterbacks in attendance, both in drills and 1-on-1’s. The vast majority of his passes were on target over the course of the afternoon. Lewis is technically polished and throws a clean, tight spiral. He had no issues fitting the ball into tight windows during 1-on-1’s and delivered some of the best throws we saw in the session. While there’s a ways to go with Lewis and any 2026 prospect, the touted passer does look to be ahead of the curve from a skill perspective at this point in time.”
