Told in photo: Georgia commits Sacovie White and Tae Harris battle
Thursday night saw two Georgia commits lined up across from one another. Georgia high school football is still a week away from beginning in earnest.
Scrimmages wrap up this week. DawgsHQ was on site to watch Cartersville (Ga.) Cass 2024 wide receiver Sacovie White faced off with Cedartown (Ga.) 2025 four-star cornerback commit Tae Harris on Thursday night.
White has been committed to the Bulldogs since Oct. 10, 2022. Harris committed to the Bulldogs back on June 19, only 18 days after adding the offer from the Bulldogs.

Harris is the No. 266 overall prospect in the 2025 On3 Industry Rankings.
The game featured a few other Georgia-offered prospects as well. Cass 2026 offensive linemen Bear McWhorter and Kail Ellis both began their sophomore seasons as well.
Both prospects earned offers from the Bulldogs this summer. Also featured on Cass is talented 2026 quarterback Brodie McWhorter. McWhorter hasn’t been offered as of now but he holds multiple offers already.
Below are gameday photos of each of those prospects.
