WATCH: Highlights of new Georgia commit Anthony Kruah
If it’s flip season, then the Georgia Bulldogs are off to the races and running after landing the services of three-star linebacker Anthony Kruah on Saturday morning. A UNC commit since April, Kruah had felt a consistent pursuit from the Bulldogs since receiving an offer in May, and his self-proclaimed ‘dream school’ proved too much to resist in the end.
A 6-foot-2, 210 pound senior, Kruah has put together a dynamic and impressive statline through eight games according to Maxpreps. Through last weekend, he stood at 35 solo tackles, seven assisted tackles, 14 tackles for loss, seven sacks, a quarterback hurry, one interception returned for a touchdown, two passes defended, and a fumble caused.
Kruah has also contributed 15 rushing attempts for 121 yards, as well as 16 receptions for 270 yards on the offensive side of the ball. He’s also responsible for two rushing touchdowns and three receiving touchdowns.
That versatility is crystal clear on film, as well, with Kruah being featured in multiple ways. He drops into coverage, plays off ball linebacker, rushes from the edge, and plays with a hand in the dirt, in addition to his offensive duties.

WATCH ANTHONY KRUAH IN ACTION
He becomes the second linebacker pledge of the Class of 2025 for the Bulldogs, joining Industry-Ranked five-star Zayden Walker in the nation’s No. 3 ranked recruiting class.
Meanwhile, the Bulldogs are still in contact with the likes of four-star Tennessee linebacker commit Christian Gass, who Kirby Smart and Glenn Schumann saw in person on Thursday night, and four-star Arkansas linebacker commit Tavion Wallace. The likes of LSU commit Jaiden Braker and Alabama commit Luke Metz have also been mentioned in Georgia circles, though the former options seem to be feeling a bit stronger push at the moment.
Georgia previously landed three linebackers in the Class of 2024, including five-stars Justin Williams, the nation’s No. 1 prospect at the position, and Chris Cole, as well as four-star Kris Jones.
