Indiana making early push for 2027 two-way prospect Evan Murfield

An intriguing two-way prospect in the class of 2027 is starting to garner attention, and Indiana is making early moves to stay in the mix. Evan Murfield, a 6-foot-5, 220-pound defensive end and tight end from New Albany High School in Ohio, visited Bloomington on March 13 to take in a Hoosiers spring practice. The trip appears to have made a strong impression.
