Cade McNamara on the loss to Michigan State
A disappointed Cade McNamara spoke to the media on Saturday night following the Hawkeyes 32-20 loss at the hands of Michigan State. McNamara finished his night completing just 11 of 23 passes for 150 yards. He had one touchdown pass to Reece Vander Zee, but he also threw a costly interception that seemed to seal Iowa’s fate on Saturday night.
McNamara took full ownership of the interception and talked about his read on that play, he discussed the two point play that he was under center for and he talks about the slow start for the Hawkeye offense on Saturday.
