Ethan Hurkett makes big play
If it seems like Ethan Hurkett is always in the middle of a big play late in games it’s because he usually is. But, Friday was different. This time he wasn’t rushing the passer and making a play. Hurkett was in zone coverage playing pass defense. The ball was thrown directly to Hurkett in the final 30 seconds of the game and he returned it to the Nebraska 37, which set up the Hawkeyes game winning field goal.
