Four-star OL Hudson Parliament commits to Iowa
Four-star offensive lineman Hudson Parliament has made his college decision. The 6-foot-4, 320-pound South Dakota native announced today that he will be attending the University of Iowa after visiting for a junior day with the Hawkeyes this past weekend.
“Iowa checks all the boxes and is the right fit for me,” Parliament told HawkeyeReport.com.
Parliament, who had a strong junior year for Brandon Valley this past season, chose Iowa over scholarship offers from Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Georgia Tech, Texas Tech, Central Michigan, South Dakota State, and North Dakota.
“It feels like a huge weight off my chest,” said Parliament. “I am pumped to be a Hawkeye.”
Overall, Parliament is commitment No. 6 for the Hawkeyes in the Class of 2026 as he joins offensive linemen Carson Nielsen, Owen Linder, and Colin Whitters, quarterback Cash Herrera, and defensive back Marcello Vitti on Iowa’s early list.
