Fran McCaffery talks loss to Wolverines

Fran McCaffery(3) — Fran McCaffery on the loss to Michigan.

After seeing his team drop their third straight contest, Fran McCaffery remains upbeat about his Iowa basketball team. The Hawkeye head coach spoke to the media following Sunday afternoon’s 90-80 loss to Michigan. Iowa drops to 5-5 on the season and 0-2 in conference play, but McCaffery has been down this road before. Last year, Iowa started 0-3 in Big Ten play and recovered to finish in the upper half of the conference and make the NCAA Tournament.

McCaffery discusses the loss to Michigan and where things went wrong for the Hawkeyes and where they go from here.
