Payton and Pryce Sandfort talk loss at Michigan
While Payton Sandfort struggled to find his shot in the first half, his younger brother, Pryce stepped up in a big way against Michigan. Eventually Payton got going as well to lead the team with 19 points as the brothers combined for 35 points in the Hawkeyes hard fought 85-83 loss at Michigan on Saturday afternoon.
Following the loss, Pryce discussed his last second shot falling short of the mark and having his brother and head coach there to comfort him after the tough loss. Payton discusses his tough start from the floor and how he kept playing and hit a huge three late to tie the game at 83 and what they were looking for on that final play.
