Watch: A look at Iowa football practice
The Iowa football team is in their second week of spring practice. On Thursday morning the Hawkeyes were on the practice field at the football complex getting in their work and trying to improve. The media was let in for about 25 minutes of practice today and we have video clips from the Hawkeye offense and defense, including the quarterbacks.
The Iowa football team is coming off an 8-5 season that included a win over Kentucky in the Music City Bowl. They will continue to practice three times a week until April 22nd when they will wrap up their work this spring.
Iowa is returning seven potential starters on the offensive side of the ball and six on the defensive side. They are also working to break in a new quarterback in Michigan transfer Cade McNamara. We get a look at him and his Wolverine teammate, tight end Erick All, who has also joined the Hawkeye program.
