Josh Dix has best game as a Hawkeye
It was just about one year ago when Josh Dix suffered a gruesome leg injury that left his short term future in basketball in doubt. Thankfully the talented guard healed up quickly and was ready for his freshman year with the Iowa Hawkeyes.
However, his minutes in year one have been inconsistent at best as the carves out a role off the Iowa bench. Based on his performance on Thursday night in Iowa’s 93-84 win over Michigan, Dix could be in line for quite a few more minutes moving forward.
Dix spoke to the media after playing a season high 31 minutes, scoring 10 points and dishing out 5 assists while playing point guard for the Hawkeyes for a good portion of the second half. He talks about his game, playing point guard, and playing more minutes.
