The Chicago native missed the previous season due to injury, but in 2021, he started six games and played in 13. That year, he had 34 tackles, 4 interceptions, and 8 passes deflected.
Now Hawkeye fans will wait to see what decision comes from All American cornerback Cooper DeJean and if he will opt for the NFL or return for his senior season and pair up with Harris at cornerback for Phil Parker’s defense.
