Iowa football player presser news and notes
It’s Tuesday so that means the Iowa football players were meeting with the media prior to the weekly press conference with the head coach Kirk Ferentz. We visited with Mark Gronowski about his performance at Rutgers and what he saw from Indiana after getting home and watching their win over Illinois on Saturday. He talks about his excitement about playing in a big game at Kinnick on Saturday afternoon.
We also spoke with Logan Jones about how high of a level of play that the Iowa offensive line is at right now and comparing it to previous groups. He also has a significant amount of praise for both of the guards that are starting this year. Trevor Lauck talks about playing his home state school and the need for tickets this week for him and his family, including his brother, who is a student at Indiana.
