Iowa Football Players News and Notes
It’s Tuesday and that means the Iowa football players were meeting with the media in Iowa City. With Northwestern on deck, one of the players that was interesting to talk to was Jacob Gill. He will be facing his former teammates for the first time and discussed his relationships with those players.
We also spoke with veteran cornerback Jermari Harris about the state of that position group and how he is helping those younger players on the other side to continue to develop, including true freshman Jaylen Watson. Gennings Dunker discusses not wearing gloves to wrapping his hand anymore and how he feels good playing barehanded. Finally we got some insight from Nick Jackson and Deontae Craig about what watching the film was like on Sunday and what Phil Parker had to say. Plus what they have been working on in practice this week.
