Iowa at Northwestern game time set
After eight weeks of action on the football field, the Iowa Hawkeyes receive a much deserved weekend of rest. But, once they go back to work, they now know when they will be on playing. The Big Ten Conference announced on Monday morning that the game against Northwestern on November 4th will kickoff at 2:30 p.m.
The game will be broadcast on Peacock, marking the second time this season that an Iowa game has been on the NBC owned streaming platform.
This contest will not be played at Ryan Field, the traditional home of the Wildcats. It will be played at Wrigley Field, the home of the Chicago Cubs. Northwestern has played two other times at Wrigley Field. Back in 2010, they lost to Illinois, 48-27. Then in 2021, they lost to Purdue. The last time Iowa played in a Major League Baseball Stadium was in the 2017 Pinstripe Bowl where the Hawkeyes beat Boston College.
