Performance of the Week
Xavier Williams
Iowa running back commit Xavier Williams had a big game in his season opener on Friday with 14 carries for 132 yards and three touchdowns for Lake Central in their 46-14 victory over Munster.
Lake Central (1-0) hosts Providence Catholic this Friday in week two.

Iowa defensive back commit Jaylen Watson had three tackles on defense and eight catches for 87 yards on offense as Toledo Central Catholic won their season opener 47-14 over Findlay on Friday.

Iowa tight end commit Michael Burt was held to one catch for six yards as Creighton Prep dropped their season opener 27-14 against Bellevue West on Friday.

Iowa quarterback commit James Resar finished 18/20 passing for 194 yards and one touchdown in the first half of Bishop Kenny’s preseason scrimmage against Clay on Friday.
