Xavier Williams
Iowa running back commit Xavier Williams and his Lake Central team host out-of-state opponent Providence Catholic from Illinois on Friday with kickoff scheduled for 7 PM.
Lake Central is 1-0 this year with Williams rushing for 132 yards and three touchdowns in their season opener last week.
Jaylen Watson
Iowa defensive back commit Jaylen Watson and his Toledo Central Catholic team travel to Whitmer on Friday for a 7 PM game.
Central Catholic is 1-0 this year with Watson posting three tackles on defense and eight catches for 87 yards on offense in their season opener last week.

Michael Burt
Iowa tight end commit Michael Burt and his Creighton Prep team travel to Omaha Westside on Friday with kickoff scheduled for 7 PM.
Creighton Prep is 0-1 this year with Burt being held to one catch for six yards in their season opener last week.
James Resar
Iowa quarterback commit James Resar and his Bishop Kenny team have their regular season opener on Friday with a home game against First Coast at 7 PM.
Bishop Kenny finished 8-3 last season with Resar completing 127/211 pass attempts for 1,992 yards with 16 touchdowns through the air and 496 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns on the ground as a junior.
Rashad Godfrey
Iowa defensive back commit Rashad Godfrey and his Armwood team are on the road for their regular season opener on Friday with a game at Venice scheduled for 7:30 PM.
Armwood finished 6-4 last season with Godfrey collecting 13 tackles and one interception as a junior.
Derek Weisskopf
Iowa linebacker commit Derek Weisskopf and his Williamsburg team host West Branch for their regular season opener this Friday at 7:30 PM.
Williamsburg finished 12-1 last season with Weisskopf starring on both sides of the ball as he collected 60 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and six interceptions on defense and 37 catches for 628 yards and 12 touchdowns on offense as a junior.
Preston Ries
Iowa linebacker commit Preston Ries and his Monticello team play at Mount Vernon for their regular season opener this Friday at 7:15 PM.
Monticello finished 7-3 last season with Ries having an impressive season on both sides of the ball with 2,543 yards passing, 1,421 yards rushing, and 41 touchdowns on offense and 65 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, and one interception on defense as a junior.
Brevin Doll
In-state running back commit Brevin Doll and his ADM team have their regular season opener this Friday at Newton at 7:30 PM.
ADM finished 10-2 last season with Doll accumulating 2,681 all-purpose yards and 35 touchdowns as a junior.
Drew Campbell
Iowa defensive end commit Drew Campbell and his Cedar Falls team kick off the season this Friday with a game at Cedar Rapids Prairie at 7:15 PM.
Cedar Falls finished 8-3 last season with Campbell racking up 52 tackles, 20 TFL, and nine sacks as a junior.
Cody Fox
Iowa offensive line commit Cody Fox and his East Buchanan team begin their season this Friday with a home game against Sumner-Fredericksburg at 7 PM.
East Buchanan finished 9-2 last season with Fox standing out as a devastating blocker in their run heavy offense.
Cam Buffington
Iowa linebacker commit Cam Buffington and his Winfield-Mt. Union team begin their season this Friday with a road game at Central City at 7 PM.
Winfield-Mt. Union finished 6-4 last season with Buffington racking up 95.5 tackles, six tackles for loss, one sack, and three pick sixes on defense along with 1,484 yards rushing, 264 yards receiving, and 31 touchdowns on offense.

Will Nolan
Iowa offensive tackle commit Will Nolan and his Hersey team kick off their season this Friday with a home game against New Trier High School at 7 PM.
Hersey finished 10-1 last season with Nolan leading the way upfront on the offensive line as a junior.
KJ Parker
Iowa wide receiver commit KJ Parker and his IC Catholic Prep team begin their season this Friday with a home game against Bowman Academy at 7 PM.
IC Catholic Prep finished 13-1 last season with Parker amassing 37 catches for 1,082 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior.

Iowa defensive end commit Joseph Anderson and his Westminster Christian Academy team get their season underway this Friday with a road game at Ladue Horton Watkins High School at 7 PM.

In the state of Kansas, the regular season does not get underway for another week, so Iowa tight end commit Gavin Hoffman and his Blue Valley Northwest team will have their season opener September 1 at home against St. James Academy at 7 PM.
