Jan Jensen settling in as Iowa's head coach
Jan Jensen admitted that the first practice this summer was a little strange. It was her first as the head coach of the Iowa women’s basketball program and it was without the voice of Lisa Bluder being heard during the practice session.
Following a workout on Thursday, Jensen met with reporters in Iowa City to discuss how her team has come together so far. She comments on what she has seen from transfer guard Lucy Olsen and how she has fit in from the first day she arrived on campus. Jensen also discusses Addie O’Grady and her growth this past spring and if she has had the chance to take a breath and enjoy the fact that she now runs the Iowa women’s basketball program.
