It is officially tournament time for the Iowa Women’s Basketball team. The Hawkeyes gathered in the Feller Club Room on Sunday to watch the NCAA Tournament Selection Show, excited to see their tournament draw. Iowa earned their first one seed since 1992 and will face the winner of the First Four matchup between Holy Cross and UT Martin on Saturday. 8 seed West Virginia and 9 seed Princeton will face off in their other Iowa City Regional matchup. Head Coach Lisa Bluder is making her 19th NCAA Tournament appearance at Iowa, coming off of the program’s first ever national championship apperance.

Bluder met with the media on Sunday night to discuss the Hawkeyes draw, how they used the break between the Big Ten Tournament and the NCAA Tournament, as well as an injury update on Molly Davis.
