Phil Parker discusses Iowa's defense
The expectations coming into the season was that with eight veteran starters coming back, the Iowa defense would play as well, if not better than last year. Instead, it’s been a season of struggles at times for Phil Parker’s defensive unit. In their last three road games, Iowa has given up an average of over 200 yards on the ground and 400 in total offense.
