Facing off against Wisconsin for the second time in four days, the Iowa Women’s Basketball team had no issues with the Badgers in their rematch, cruising to an 81-54 victory. Senior guard Lucy Olsen led the charge with a team-high 19 points, including 14 in the first half. This win marked Iowa’s 31st consecutive victory over Wisconsin, a streak dating back to 2007.

The Badgers jumped out to an early 9-6 lead, but the Hawkeyes answered emphatically, closing the opening quarter on a 19-0 run, with five players knocking down a three-pointer. Lucy Olsen and Syd Affolter combined for 23 points in the opening half, leading Iowa to a 43-23 halftime advantage. For the game, the Hawkeyes made 11 three-pointers and shot 57.4% from the floor.
