Play-by-play recap: Oregon 9 Iowa 6
Saturday will be a one-game playoff between the Hawkeyes and Ducks for at least a share of the Big Ten title. Iowa led 6-2, at one point, but a four-run top of the seventh from Oregon was the turning point in a 9-6 win for the Ducks.
With the loss, the Hawkeyes fall to 32-19-1 on the season and 21-8 in Big Ten play. They have now won just one of their last nine games and now must defeat Oregon on Saturday to earn at least a share of the Big Ten title.
