Pryce Sandfort stronger and confidence in sophomore season
His first year as a Hawkeye didn’t go the way that Pryce Sandfort had hoped. He didn’t see as much playing time as he hoped, but he kept working and Fran McCaffery said that by the end of the year he could see him turning the corner.
Sandfort spoke at media day about his fresh outlook heading into this season, his physical growth by adding 12 pounds of muscle that certainly shows up in his upper body, and we talk about how he is playing and sliding between the two and three spot in the Iowa lineup.
