For nearly 35 minutes, the Hawkeyes were right with the third-ranked Iowa State Cyclones. They led by as many as nine points in the second half, but down the stretch, ISU hit the big shots, and Iowa couldn’t get anything to fall. The Cyclones went on a 15-6 run in the over the final four minutes to pull out and 89-80 win. It’s their first win over the Hawkeyes at Carver-Hawkeye Arena since 2014.
