While he was not in uniform on Saturday when the Iowa football team wrapped up spring practice, it sure feels like Xavier Nwankpa has found himself a new home in the defensive backfield. After playing strong safety since arriving on the Iowa campus, Nwankpa appears to be headed towards free safety this fall.
