Yahya Black focused on final game as a Hawkeye
It’s the last time around for Yahya Black when it comes to putting on the Iowa uniform and that is his only focus. While the NFL is on the horizon for the talented defensive tackle, he is looking towards the Iowa bowl game and the training for the next level will come after the first of the year.
Black spoke with the media on Thursday afternoon about what this final bowl prep has been like, the fact that the older you get the few reps you practice leading up to a bowl game, the growth he has seen from Aaron Graves this year, and the improvement he has seen from many of the younger players on the roster along the defensive line.
