Lutmer, Entringer working at various positions
The last few years the safety and Cash positions for the Iowa Hawkeyes defense was pretty much set. This spring there is a new look to the Iowa defense at a variety of positions, particularly at the two safety spots and Cash.
Speaking with Zach Lutmer and Koen Entringer on Thursday, both players echoed the same thing, the three positions are wide open and they are rotating with Xavier Nwankpa for one of those spots. They discuss which position they prefer in the secondary and which younger players are impressing them thus far in spring ball.
