Buzz: Kansas State players trending well in camp

Our Kansas State buzz comes via a message board post at KSO and digs into all sorts of relevant topics in Wildcat land. And nearly every insider piece this time of year is obviously going to focus on training camp and the progress.

A little over a week ago we shared some names that were being mentioned quite a bit. We’re going to do it again, and it illustrates the upward momentum being sustained by some or the light bulb coming on for others.

Two K-State offensive players continue to be hyped up their teammates and coaches. One is a wide receiver and the other a running back. The Wildcats can definitely use a booth at the skill position spots for this season.

Six (!!!) different defensive linemen had good weeks, or at least their coaches and teammates were impressed by their work. Kansas State needed to get better up front to have success this season, and clearly progress has been established.
