A lot of attention goes to un-committed prospects on visits. Especially this late in the season it is easy to pay more attention to them. After all the Early Signing Period begins next Wednesday and Kansas State hosted four un-committed 2025 prospects on official visits for the Cincinnati game last weekend.

However, there were a few committed 2025 prospects in town as well for K-State’s 41-15 win over the Bearcats. One of the commits in town was Florida corner JoJo Scott. The game was the Florida corners first time in Manhattan since committing to Kansas State over the summer.

“The visit was amazing,” Scott began. “It felt good too be back home hanging out with the coaches and the guys.”

A few moments on the visit stood out to the K-State commit.

“I say hanging out with the coaches and the guys on the recruiting staff,” he shared. “It was fun and then seeing a real life game day and seeing how packed the stadium gets. It’s an unreal feeling.”

The Kansas State coaches have still made Scott a priority since committing this summer.

“Just seeing a day in the life of how hard they work stood out. Their passion for the game and how they really care about us as players stood out to me,” he noted. “I love how even though they had a game the coaches still made time to hangout with other people on the visit.”

Scott also enjoyed being around the other commits.

“It was cool. We all text a lot so just seeing the guys I’m going to be with for the next four years was cool. The weekend was fun I can’t wait to get back up on campus for good,” he opined. “Just watching the game and just talking hanging out and eating in the player lounge was my favorite part of being around them.”
