Nuggets: Kansas State experimenting at linebacker
Nuggets on Kansas State (in terms of inside intel) is relegated to our message board at KSO but still spills out the best information on the Wildcats in the market. Hopefully the second bye week was a productive one for K-State. They had plenty of things to solve.
One of those is linebacker. Depth took a hit after injuries to Beau Palmer and Asa Newsom. One fix was to have Austin Moore play some on the inside. Another was moving another starter to a different spot at times.

To kind of mold him into the player they want and how to impact winning at a high level, Jerome Tang and K-State have been executing a process that entails Dug McDaniel coming off the bench. However, he still essentially played a starter amount of minutes with 29 when the Wildcats hosted Cleveland State.
