Nuggets on Kansas State (in terms of inside intel) is relegated to our message board at KSO but still spills out the best information on the Wildcats in the market. It is time for offseason chatter with this version.

Today is the first day of the transfer portal in college football in 2024. It will remain open until December 28. For teams in the college football playoff, those players will have an extra five days to enter after their last game.

We’re going to see some shuffling at offensive line for K-State. Two players could surprise many by returning to Manhattan. On the other hand, we know that one lineman will enter the transfer portal after being thought of as a lock to be back on the team in 2025.

We could see some musical chairs at receiver as well. Do not be surprised if there’s a bunch of turnover in the room for Kansas State assistant Matthew Middleton. He’s already added four – three high schoolers and a junior college signee.
