Nuggets on Kansas State (in terms of inside intel) is relegated to our message board at KSO but still spills out the best information on the Wildcats in the market. This week we discuss what happened while the transfer portal was open now that it’s closed.

Though the K-State basketball roster took on some water and leaked a few players they wanted to keep, the football team had much better luck. Only one scholarship player exited for the Wildcats in defensive lineman Jevon Banks. What was the secret?

The Kansas State basketball transfer chase has already been a lengthy one. The Wildcats have reeled in four players in Dug McDaniel, CJ Jones, Brendan Hausen and Baye Fall and hosted four other targets as well.

Arkansas transfer Khalif Battle took in Manhattan for an official visit. He released a trio of final schools to Joe Tipton of On3 on Thursday evening that included K-State, Villanova and Gonzaga. Battle made the trip to all three campuses.
