Though recruiting information has been a bit sparse, developments are ongoing. Not only did the K-State coaches visit a lot of their top targets the last few weeks and conduct in-home visits with them, but a few prospects surfaced worth following.

The biggest storyline worth monitoring actually is associated with the latest coaching change in Manhattan. Conor Riley was hired away by the Dallas Cowboys to coach the offensive line under Brian Schottenheimer.

So, K-State needed a new offensive coordinator. They also need a new offensive line coach. One of those duties has already been satisfied. Replacing Wells at the controls of the Wildcat offense will be quarterbacks coach Matt Wells.

But does the departure of the offensive line coach alter the recruiting landscape at all for Kansas State? Does it impact the transfers they landed along the offensive line? What does it mean for the high school chase?
