Part of figuring out how Kansas State will meet the roster limit of 105 is dependent upon the transfers they add, the high school players and junior college prospects they signed earlier this month and who will exit the program.

We have compiled a thread that lists the players that remain on the K-State roster at every position. They’re well over the limit of 105 even after the seniors leave the school. More departures are coming, and that is easy to see when recognizing the players with eligibility remaining.

The march to 105 will stay updated with each departure and each addition. For example, Oklahoma transfer Jayden Rowe has already been tacked onto the cornerback list and will be a junior next season for Kansas State.

With that, we can also see how many others are needed at the spot.

Seeing every player that is still at K-State also tells us, in addition to cornerback, where else that the Wildcats still need help. It is an illustration why we are also seeing a great emphasis at receiver, offensive line and linebacker.

Just how many more cuts or exits need to happen for the Wildcats to be compliant with the roster limit of 105? They currently sit at 117 players for the 2025 season, and that is with the addition of just one transfer at this point. There is likely other impending departures not yet revealed.
