Three-star lineman Will Kemna picks Kansas State
The strong week for Kansas State on the recruiting trail continues. Jefferson City, Missouri offensive lineman Will Kemna has committed to K-State. His decision comes after a strong visit to Manhattan during the month of March.
During the trip he was joined by fellow Missouri offensive lineman Lucas Allgeyer, Texas cornerback Leo Almanza, new Kansas State commit Weston Polk and Arizona-based wide receiver Gio Richardson. All have official visits scheduled to K-State next month.
Kansas State was a factor in the Missouri offensive lineman’s recruitment from the beginning. The Wildcats were the second school to offer him a scholarship and did so October 21 during a game day visit.
Kemna also held offers from Cincinnati, Duke, Nebraska and Kent State. It is likely a head-to-head win for K-State over the Huskers. Offensive coordinator Conor Riley made Kemna a priority and his relationship with Kemna led to thee-star prospect’s commitment.
The momentum for Kansas State in Missouri is starting to turn the Wildcats’ way. K-State landed both Austin Romaine and Donovan McIntosh from the Show Me State (St. Louis area) in 2023 and have already landed St. Louis quarterback Dillon Duff and Kemna in the 2025 cycle.

The Wildcats also sit in a good spot for both Allgeyer and Fort Osage running back Ryver Peppers.
Overall, Kemna is commitment No. 3 for K-State in the 2025 cycle, joining Duff and Polk and the third commitment to Kansas State in the last four days if one counts the transfer portal. He is also the first offensive lineman of the cycle.
According to the On3 Industry Ranking (a combination of all four recruiting services), the Jefferson City native is the No. 474 player in the 2025 class, No. 35 offensive tackle and No. 9 player in the state of Missouri.
Kemna also has an official visit scheduled to K-State June 7-9.
