What I'm hearing: Superlatives a third into the Kansas State season
What we’re hearing on Kansas State (in terms of inside intel) is relegated to our message board at KSO but still spills out the best information on the Wildcats in the market, both from a team and K-State recruiting standpoint.
It is also brought to you by Aer Lingus – which have the travel packages for you if you want to see Kansas State take on Iowa State in Ireland in 2025. Make sure to visit Cats2Ireland.com today and check out the opportunities.
It’s hard to believe a third of the college football season is complete. K-State has two nice wins over Tulane and Arizona. Unfortunately, they were also thumped versus BYU in Provo after repeatedly beating themselves within a six minute window of game action.
At 3-1, who are the MVPs on each side of the ball, the surprises on each side of the ball, the breakout performers on each side of the ball and which players stand to improve the most between now and the finish of the 2024 campaign?

Oklahoma State was pretty much dominated by Utah despite the game being played at T. Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. As mentioned already, Kansas State was blasted by the Cougars at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

But the scoop inside this feature focuses on where Kansas State stands with four-star wing Cam Ward.

We provide a hint of what is inside below.
